Leadership
GWCH professionals are based in the United States and Europe and bring together experience and longevity within the real estate world. Our investment team sources new development projects and analyses current and past potentials and does market research and deal transactions. Backed with individual teams in asset management, development and administration they are completed with secondary, third party solicitors
Acquisitions
Our acquisitions team is primarily active in Southwestern Connecticut with a strong focus on development sites, residential and mixed-use assets in Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven Counties. Secondary markets include Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties in adjacent New York
